ROLE: PRODUCER, PRODUCTION MANAGER, ASSISTANT EDITOR & MOTION GRAPHICS
My role involved designing and implementing a workflow for crews in 25 countries, 35 locations, across 6 continents and in 15 time-zones to collaborate. Sourcing, briefing and directly managing crews in over 16 countries remotely and managing a team of 6 post-production crew including editors, GFX and scriptwriter at a production hub back in London.
